How long does it take to get my purchase?

We average around 10 business days from order to delivery on most purchases.  This is largely dependant on the time of year, materials available, and workshop location your item is being crafted at!

Do you do custom work?

We do offer customization services, our website is currently being reworked to handle that on a more user friendly level.  Currently for all custom orders please send us a message at support@modernartifice.com

What services do you have available?

We do 3d printing, laser engraving, CNC machining, mold making, and more!

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We are happy to deal with individual who would like to sell our products in bulk.  Please contact us at support@modernartifice.com and we can get that set up for you!

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
